I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP.
Since 2018 I have provided both brief and long term therapy to people facing various issues such as: depression and anxiety, relationship or family problems, low confidence and self-esteem, childhood trauma, and bereavement.
Prior to becoming a counsellor I spent 19 years working for a mental health charity where I worked with and alongside service users, gaining a wealth of knowledge and understanding around the issues faced by those experiencing mental health problems.
My aim is to offer you a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space to explore your issues at your own pace. I will not advise you or tell you what you should do, instead I will work in collaboration with you to help you move forward in a way that feels comfortable for you and allows you to have confidence and trust in your decisions.
